Professional Advocate Workshop: Compassionate Leadership in Action

Next training day - Friday 10th July 9am-3pm
Held via MS Teams

Training Overview

We are excited to bring you an action-packed confidence boosting training specifically for Professional Nurse Advocates. The day is led via MS Teams by Dr Nathan Illman, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Nurse Wellbeing Mission.

Testimonials

Workshop feedback:

I attended Nathan's workshop on self-compassion for midwives recently and it was very enlightening. Amongst other things, he did some visualisation techniques with our group which I have found to be really beneficial. He taught us that they can be easily transferable for use with all sorts of situations. I have already felt the benefit of his session and it's amazing how 2.5 hours can have such a positive impact in so many ways instantly.

“I found this workshop really useful as it not only allows time to speak to other PNAs but also to work through exercises that will help in the role going forward. I really benefited from learning practical skills which were not taught in my course.
